Though she is pleasant, reliable and efficient, you don't want to hear from Thelma-it usually means you are late in paying your invoice. The Rosen Group's office manager and bookkeeper, Thelma also has the distinction of having the longest tenure with The Rosen Group. She joined in 1993 as an assistant and worked her way up the proverbial corporate ladder to office manager, bookkeeper and resident Rosen Group historian.

Thelma has been active outside of the office as well. She got married, had two sons—Kenny and Timothy—and remains very involved with her family and church.
