Laura works with Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine, the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA), and the John Templeton Foundation. Her ever-growing list of media placements includes The New York Times, NPR, CNN, “The Today Show”, and “The Early Show”. Prior to joining The Rosen Group’s Washington, D.C. office, Laura worked as a technical writer for Aspect Communications, a San Jose-based telecommunications software company. She also lived in France for nearly four years. Following a teaching stint in Normandy, she worked as a press liaison and event coordinator for the Finance Foundation in Paris—organizing economic conferences throughout Europe. Laura subsequently became the personal assistant to Olivia de Havilland of “Gone with the Wind” fame. A freelance writer, Laura has contributed to Bee Magazine and Far from the Midwest: Portraits of Americans in France. Laura hails from Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts. She counts photography and travel among her interests. |
